Shipping, Returns and Cancellation policy

We at Adaara work hard to provide our customers with the trendiest products of impeccable quality at amazing prices. If you do not like the fit, colour or design, simply return/exchange the product within 7 days of delivery. To return/exchange a product, you can use Returns/Exchange Center.


In case of returns/exchange, please remember the following points:

  • Returns/exchange requests need to be made within 7 days of the delivery of product.
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snapshot at adaarabysunaila@gmail.com
  • In case you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Studio Adaara at the address mentioned below. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code / bank transfer as preferred by the customer. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
  • Payments for all the return orders will be credited in the customer account within 10 working days of receiving the product.
  • Items on Clearance Sale cannot be returned, they can only be exchanged for a different size.

Non-returnable categories: Following product categories fall under "No Return/Exchange" unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

How do you return?

  • Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
  • Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

This Return Policy applies to all items (with the exception of belts, caps, bags, wallets and freebies/ promotional items) purchased directly from http://www.adaara.co. The policy is subject to change. Hence, please visit our website http://www.adaara.co for the latest policy.

 

Shipping Policy

  • We at ADAARA know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
  • The products are shipped within 48 hours from the time of order placement and depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you within 3-5 working days.
  • We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders above Rs. 999. For all COD orders and prepaid order below Rs. 999 however a minimal convenience fee might be levied
  • The complete order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

 

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation will be only available before the order is dispatched. We usually dispatch within 1 - 3 working days from the date of receiver of  an order. To initiate cancel of an order, please submit form here or mail us at support@adaara.co

Adaara reserves the right to cancel any order without an explanation for doing so,  due to unforeseeable circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation or delay of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

 

Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

  • All items in the cart should be applicable for COD to avail the facility
  • A convenience fee of INR 99 will be levied on all COD orders
  • COD facility cannot be extended to Pin Codes outside the serviceable areas of our logistics partners. Please use online payments for such orders.
  • At the time of delivery, please ensure that you make the payment before opening the package
  • Please do not accept the package if it is open or tampered with
  • No credit/debit cards will be accepted at the time of delivery.
